OSS Engineer

Job Descriptions:

-         Being OSS level expertise for Windows/Intel Based Platforms

-         Providing Implementation, Support, Software Upgrades and Maintenance activities on Nokia's Windows/Intel Based platforms to customers. 

Qualifications:

-     Possessing a 4-year college degree or equivalent in work experience (3 - 5 years in related work experience will be an advantage)

-     Having knowledge concerning Microsoft MSCE for Windows 2000

-     Having experience Installing/Configuring/Administering/Supporting Windows 2000 Server Environments.

-     Having experience in working as the following:

Ø      Integrated Active Directory User Authentication

Ø      Configuring/Administering Active Directory Integrated DNS Services

Ø      BEA Weblogic Server Technology

Ø      Mercury Java Server Platform

Ø      Citrix Metaframe Server Software

-     Having in depth knowledge and some work experiences in Compaq Proliant ML&DL Series Servers.

-     Understanding of IP Based Networks including Cisco Routers & Switches.

-     Proving experience in working as part of a team

-     Focusing on proactively follow up and resolve customer issues.

-     Proficient in both spoken and written English

-     Self determine and Fast Decision Making

-     Ability in speaking and writing Chinese is a strong plus

-     Be able to traveling abroad
